People in the Ceiling

I was recruiting for a restaurant holding company and was conducting phone interviews with candidates throughout the country. I had contacted an individual whose resume I found online as he had applicable experience that could be translated into the role I was hiring for. As we were going through his resume, I asked him why he left his last job and he responded "there were people in the ceiling." I then waited for him to elaborate and nothing...so I repeated his response so my co-workers could hear me (you can only imagine the looks/laughs that this got) and he agreed with my statement and again said "Yea..there were people in the ceiling." Thinking this guy was a little off center, I was ready to end the conversation but my curosity got the best of me and asked him if he ever saw/talked to 'these people.' He then responded no but he knew they were there. After going back and forth with him for approximately 5 minutes, he clarified his statement that there were homeless people who had climbed up into the ceiling and were living in the rafters during the day and would come down when the restaurant closed to eat all of the food...needless to say the restaurant was shut down shortly thereafter.
