Corporate

Madison EvansI interviewed a young woman the other day for a corporate position who could only be described as showing up in what I call "club appropriate" attire. I don't know if she thought she was going to be interviewed by a man or what but she had sooo much cleavage laying on the table and her skirt was soooo short, I could barely focus and I am a woman!!
Couple that with the fact that when I asked her what her top qualifications were- it sounded like she was auditioning for a pep squad- "perky, bubbly and fun to be around" while nice, were really not what I was looking for and this woman was in her mid 20's so you would think she would know better. Had the word marketing even come out of her mouth I might have listened.
At that point, the interview was over.
